Before you invest you want assurance that the properties under consideration are development-ready, thoroughly vetted and risk free. The Project Ready® Certified Sites program was established to address those issues, help facilitate your decision making process and provide a significant competitive edge. With a Project Ready® certified site you not only save considerable time and financial resources, you also gain the added confidence that comes from an independent, third party verification of a prospective site's suitability and readiness.

Designed by nationally-recognized site selection consultant Jeanette Goldsmith, The Project Ready® program's rigorous evaluation process grants certification only to those sites that align with the most stringent, national economic development standards. Before certification is complete, Project Ready® applicants must provide the following documentation to demonstrate the site's readiness:

• Phase I Environmental completed
• Wetlands Delineation completed
• Documentation of archeological findings, historic sites or structures
• Documentation of rare or endangered species
• Geotechnical assessment completed
